Google™ Whack!



Google Whack! is a search-engine based game, where you google an english word, that gives the least number of search results. At the end of the contest, the participant whose word has the least number of search results wins!

cant we search any kind of searches for example a company name etc.... ???

found a word yesterday with just "1" result on google and the game says that its not used in the english language.

@nuha: no you cant ..you can search only words present in a dictionary..

guys can you please let us know what dictionary you are using ??
I mean which make and version. If possible do give a link to the same, since many of the words that I am able to find in my dictionary are not regarded as valid ones, also the same words have a proper definition in google as well, when you use the "define: word" query

We cant disclose it due to security risk..but i can assure you that its a renowned British English Dictionary of a good make...

1.We are also students just like all of you.
2.We have tried our level best to make this game free of bugs and as unbiassed as possible.
3.We are not trying to hide your post in fact we appreciate ant feedback that we get from u people.However you should understand by using foul language you are spoiling our experience and also the participants.
5.We can use foul language and stoop to your level or even ban you from the portal but we wont cos you are our valued participant.
6.We are extremely sorry we cant provide you with the dictionary as other people may use it to gain unfair advantages and ofcourse the game is same for all,their is no nepotism.

Thank you.
We hope our valuable participants will understand our predicament and co-operate with us this event is a happy experience for all.
The dictionary as well as the source code will be made public as soon as the event is over.

@bipin, its a british dictionary, so u will find unstabilising instead
